Youth Emergency Services (YES)

The Youth Emergency Services shelter helps youth experiencing homelessness or family crisis to rebound by providing food, short term housing, and therapeutic services in a safe, nurturing environment.


Shelter services are provided at no cost for free. A licensed therapist and highly trained youth advisors work with youth and families to help address family conflict, homelessness, abuse, and issues in school.

 

Program features include:
  • Individual, group, and family counseling
  • Assistance with attending community schools
  • Access to GED programs
  • Program accepts pregnant females up to 26 weeks pregnant

 

Who do we serve?

 

YES shelter accomodates:
  • Six girls between the ages of 11 and 19
  • Six boys between the ages of 11 and 19
