Transitional Living Program
Summary
The Transitional Living Program provides housing, 24-hour support, access to therapy, independent living skills training, and supportive services for youth, ages 16 to 21, who are not quite ready to live on their own and who lack adequate family involvement. Youth entering this program include those who are experiencing homelessness, as well as those who are leaving the foster care system or residential care without an adoptive family.
