Epworth’s Psychological Services (EPS)

Psychological Services (EPS) assists individuals aged 3 years old throughout the lifespan by providing evaluations and therapy in an outpatient, community mental health setting. Additionally, EPS currently has grant funding for children 3 to 19 years old who reside in St. Louis County. A broad range of psychological appraisals are provided; from routine assessments to comprehensive evaluations. Case management offers follow-up support to assist clients in accessing treatment(s) recommended during their evaluation. Therapy may also be delivered based upon clinician availability and funding sources. Furthermore, EPS has bi-lingual providers who are fluent in Spanish and English as well as TF-CBT certified clinicians. Grant funding, out-of-pocket and insurance payment options available. Referrals are appropriate for children, adolescents, and adults who display:

  • Behavioral challenges
  • Social barriers
  • Emotional difficulties

  • Learning disability and ADHD testing
  • Comprehensive personality assessments
  • Psycho-sexual concerns
  • Risk Assessment
  • Trauma Assessments
  • Individual, Couples, and Family therapy
