Epworth’s Behavioral Health Program
Epworth’s Behavioral Health program offers two components, Residential and Outpatient. We serve adolescents ages 11 to 18 years who are in crisis with severe mental and behavioral health issues. We provide trauma informed programming that has high degree of supervision and structure. Youth and families receive psychiatric treatment, individual, group and family therapy, case management, life skills education, routine medical care and recreation therapy. The goal of residential treatment is to stabilize and reunify youth with their family with safety and stability.
Following residential treatment component, after returning home with their families, youth and families may continue their treatment in our outpatient individual and family therapy sessions, by continuing to work with their same therapist. The goal of outpatient treatment is to provide stability and maintain safety with the child remaining living with their family with alleviate symptoms and returning to their functioning level.
